A MODULE COUNTS AS VIEWED WHEN THE MODULE HAS BEEN CLICKED AND VIEWED THROUGH. WE CAN TRACK ANY PROGRESS AND VIEW THE STUDENT PERFORMS. REFUNDS ARE UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES AVAILABLE TO ANY CUSTOMER WHO HAS CONSUMED 20% OR MORE OF THE COURSE CONTENTS.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, but we also want you to do your best to apply all the strategies of the Course. We offer a 14-day refund period for purchases if less than 20% of the total Course content has been viewed (we use a database provider that provides accurate audience metrics for the total Course content).

Refund claims within 24 hours of purchase may require additional verification to prevent piracy. If you decide that your purchase was not the right decision, within 14 days of registering, contact our support team [email protected], and let us know that you would like a refund.

(iv) your use of the Site or any services that Norse Solutions LLC may provide via the Site, and (v) your conduct in connection with the Site or the services or with other users of the Site or the services.

Norse Solutions LLC reserves the right to assume the exclusive defense of any claim for which we are entitled to indemnification under this Section. In such event, you shall provide the Company with such cooperation as is reasonably requested by Norse Solutions LLC.

The provisions of these Terms of Use are for the benefit of Norse Solutions LLC, its subsidiaries, affiliates and its third party content providers and licensors, and each shall have the right to assert and enforce such provisions directly or on its own behalf.

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. You further submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts sitting in Sheridan County, Florida. If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
